By participating in the HITSZAR Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

The rewards program is available to customers who are at least [18] years old, depending on local laws.
Employees of HITSZAR and their immediate family members at least [18] are eligible.

Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are credited only after payment is successfully processed.
Points may not be earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, or refunded items.
HITSZAR reserves the right to modify the points earning rate at any time without notice.

Every 100 points = $1 discount toward purchases on our website.
Points may only be redeemed through the website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points cannot be used for purchases that violate local laws or third-party restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
All activity under your account, including points earned and redeemed, is your responsibility.

Fraudulent activity or abuse of the rewards program will result in forfeiture of points and may result in account termination.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud and cyber tampering
- Using stolen payment methods
- Manipulating the rewards program in any way not authorized by HITSZAR.
HITSZAR reserves the right to investigate and take legal action in cases of suspected fraud.

Points do not expire but are deducted when making purchases with them.
Points will be automatically removed from your account when used without notice.

HITSZAR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time, with or without notice.
Points may be adjusted, reduced, or revoked at our discretion in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or technical error.

HITSZAR is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused points.
We are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors that affect point accrual or redemption.
By participating, you release HITSZAR from any claims related to points, rewards, or program changes.
